Howdy bab,
On Friday 5th June, the good people at Bandcamp are once again waiving their fees as part of their Campaign to Support Artists During the Covid-19 Pandemic. What this means is that artists using the platform get to keep all the revenue for sales of music and merch, enabling them to make a little bit of extra dough in these days of no gigs.
It’s a great initiative, and one that generated $4.3million in just 24 hours when it last ran in March. The next event on June 5th promises to be an even bigger success.
And this time, we’re hitching our mules to the wagon…
Over on our Bandcamp shop, we’ve reduced the price of CDs, vinyl and merch in order to spread the love just that little bit further. You can now pick up CDs for just £5, and vinyl records for only £10. We even have some special bundles of CD and vinyl, starting at £14.
To get you in the mood for #BandcampFriday, we’ve made you a little video. This footage was shot at our last gig, which took place on Thursday 12th March, just before the UK went into lockdown. It features some ‘frank and honest’ backstage interviews with the boys. We hope you like it.
At the show, we played some of the songs that will eventually appear on our 3rd album. In fact, the very next day we started recording that LP. However, events soon overtook us and the rest of that recording will have to wait for a little while. In the meantime, if you wanted to pick up vinyl or CD copies of our earlier releases, #BandcampFriday would be the ideal time.
Fill yer boots here, kids!

Keep on truckin’, and we hope to see you out on the road before too long
